Room and the all hotel is so old. And not maintained well.
From room door to windows are not functioning as they should be. No nets at the windows so the insects are welcomed to the rooms.
Staff is very friendly but the resort needs for a renewal.
We won’t go back again.

We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel is good, you can walk or take a short scooter/taxi ride to a range of restaurants and other beaches. The beach at the hotel is stunning and quiet.
Our negatives were - we had dinner at the hotel one evening and although friendly, the service was extremely slow and we ended up leaving before dessert as we'd been waiitng so long. The food itself was lovely. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony of the room took a long time to fill. Bear this in mind if you opt for this room, you'll need to wait a while before each use. The shower was a bit dated with poor water pressure.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future

Väldigt fint och rent boende i ett lugnare område jämfört med strandområdet. Utmärkt service av personalen och väldigt hjälpsamma med att boka aktiviteter etc. Frukosten var ett litet minus men utöver det var allt annat perfekt.

"We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed ..."
